Step 1

To register for the course, please fill out the information below. Submission of this information will add the course to your LMS account.

New users: fill out all fields below. When you click the submit button, your credentials will populate in green on this page.

You will also receive an email confirming you have been assigned to the course from  [email protected].

Existing users: fill out all fields with your existing credentials. When you click the submit button, your credentials will populate in green on this page.
If you do not remember your LMS password, you can reset it by going to https://learn.mhs.com/login/ and clicking on the “Lost your password?” option.

Step 2

Once you have your account credentials, go to https://learn.mhs.com/login/ and log in. You will see that the course has been added to your account.
